Special & Back Order Policy

Special & Back Ordered Products

We at Leaders RPM want to provide our customers a Fast and Easy way to get their hands on products not currently stocked or in high demand. So we offer our Entire Catalog of products for online sales. These product(s) are known as Special Order and Back Ordered products.

Orders containing Special Order product(s), when placed by a customer, are placed with the manufacturer.

In cases where the manufacturer does not have stock, the item could be placed on Back Order. We are notified directly after we place the order and we will inform you of the Estimated Stocked Date (ESD) via the email address associated with the order.
For current Back Ordered products please see the Availability description on the listing for the Estimated Stocked Date (ESD) provided by the manufacturer(s).

Special Order product(s) are shipped to us by the manufacturer in 5-10 business days after ordered from the manufacturer. Once all the product(s) are received from the manufacturer the order will be fulfilled to the customer.

$5.99 Economy Shipping is available for all Special Order and Back Ordered product(s) orders under $99. FREE Economy Shipping over $99.
Due to the complexity of ordering, faster shipping options will NOT be available at checkout.
Due to the increased ordering cost with the manufacturer, Freight product(s) are NOT able to be ordered if on Special Order or Back Ordered status. For assistance, please call.
For orders containing both Special Order/Back Ordered and In-Stock product(s), the order will NOT be fulfilled until all product is in.

If you would like to receive In-stock product(s) sooner, please order separately. If already ordered, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
