You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Customer purchased in error and wishes to exchange the original item for a replacement.
The customer is responsible to return the item to Leaders RPM (the customer pays the shipping for the item returning). Upon receipt of the original item, we will ship out the replacement item at no additional shipping charge. If the replacement item is more or less than the original item, Leaders RPM will refund or collect the difference as required. Exchanges are not charged restocking fees. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Heavy Weight or Large Dimensional Weight Items:
Items where shipping exceeds $20.00, the customer would be responsible to return the item to Leaders RPM (the customer pays the shipping for the item returning) AND pay the shipping charges for the replacement item being sent to the customer. Upon receipt of the original item, we will collect funds for shipping the replacement item and ship the replacement item out same day in most cases. If the replacement item is more or less than the original item, Leaders RPM will refund or collect the difference as required. Exchanges are not charged restocking fees. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Evaluate the product. All returns MUST BE in the same condition as it was sent and in resale-able condition Electrical parts, propellers and service manuals are not returnable if installed, tried or opened, no exceptions. If an item is returned that has been used, tried, damaged, dirty, or damaged packaging, the customer will NOT receive credit. Please do not return broken items and expect a full refund. If the item must be discounted to re-sell it, the customer will be charged an additional fee.
Enclose a copy of your packing list or invoice or RMA. This information should include the full name, product's item number and order number along with detailed return/exchange instructions and the product for return/exchange.
Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. The customer can use the original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. International customers should mark item as “return, gift, or exchange” so as not to incur additional duty or taxes.
