Orders placed before 12:00 noon EST Monday through Friday will ship same-day, unless specified in the listing's availability or ship method. Orders placed after 12:01 PM EST will ship the following day. We do not ship on US National Holidays. HazMat items (oil, flammables, hazardous materials, etc.) will ship in compliance with federal law and cannot be shipped via air. Oversized or Heavy Items, including possible freight shipments may have additional charges. The customer will be notified before the item is shipped.
FREE SHIPPING POLICIES
Free Shipping for Orders Over $99:
Most orders totaling over $99.00 USD with a delivery address in the Continental U.S. (48 states - excludes Alaska and Hawaii) will receive free 2-day shipping. Orders totaling $0-$98.99 will have a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 and still receive 2-day shipping.
Exceptions to Free Shipping for Orders Over $99: HazMat, Oversized or Heavy Items
- HazMat items: (oil, flammables, hazardous materials, etc.) must be shipped ground, in compliance with air shipping laws.
- Oversized or Heavy Items: May have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is prepared. We will notify you via email if there is an increase in the shipping charge prior to billing any additional charge and shipping. Please check your email and junk mail if you have not received tracking information within two-three business days of placing your order for possible correspondence from customer service.
- PO Box addresses: Two day service is not available. Tracking your package will provide accurate timelines.
OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS US ORDER POLICIES
Outside the Contiguous US: International, US Protectorates, Alaska and Hawaii
We ship via UPS or US Postal Service. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's and International orders will have an additional shipping charges applied at the time of order. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you of the increased shipping charge prior to billing the additional charge or shipping. Propellers, roofs, doors, bumpers and electronics are FINAL SALE when sold outside the Contiguous US. Please verify your fitment before placing your orders.
Exceptions to Outside the Contiguous US:
Due to some compliance agreements, we are not allowed to accept orders outside the Contiguous U.S. the following; BRP, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, oil, sprays or grease. There may be other items that cannot be shipped for various reasons.
Customs/Import Fees for International Orders:
Orders shipped outside the US will go through customs. The buyer is responsible to pay all Import Fees including: customs, duties, taxes or other fees for their order. Paperwork is provided to customs at the value the customer paid for the item - no exceptions. When using UPS for shipment, Import Fees can be paid on-line before delivery by using UPS's website to track your package. If they are not paid ahead, the balance is due upon delivery.
LOCAL IN STORE PICKUP
In Store Pickup:
Local customers can choose to pick up at either Leaders RPM location instead of shipping. In-stock items placed online before 12:00 noon will be offered FREE In Store Pickup options up at either location at 4:00 pm or after the same day! Date and time are provided within the Shipping Options at Checkout. We do not ship on US National Holidays. Holiday orders will process on the next business day. In Store locations offered may vary based on product location.

Exceptions to the Timeline: HazMat, Oversized or Heavy Items
There are exceptions as some of the items we sell are not eligible to travel via air (oil, flammables, hazardous materials, etc.) or are oversized or heavy and very expensive to ship expedited. In most cases, the listing will state that the item ships ground only.
For example: "Ship Method: Item Ships Ground Only"
These will ship UPS Ground or USPS ground and will show with tracking. Always allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's and International Orders. Some of the products offered may show an availability timeline stating that an item ships in a specified number of business days.
For example: “Availability: This Item Ships in 3-7 Business Days”
For these items, we place an order with the manufacturer on your behalf. The item is sent to Leaders RPM in the time frame specified in the listing. Then, we ship the item and email you tracking information within approximately 24 hours.
NOTE: In cases where the manufacturer does not have stock, the item could be placed on back order. We are notified directly after we place the order and we will inform you via email right away.

Entire orders will be shipped together if possible. We have multiple warehouses so it may not always be possible.
