Brand new, genuine Mercury Marine / Mercruiser SIDE MOUNT REMOTE CONTROL- 8 PIN TRADITIONAL. This is a factory original equipment item, not aftermarket.

This control features a handle mounted power trim switch, 15 ft. (4.58 m) harness, built‑in warning horn and power trim leads for front mount switch.

• These controls provide a smooth shift/load feel and an improved aesthetics
• The control utilizes an 8 pin connector wiring harness and lanyard stop switch
• The power trim models incorporate a single rocker type trim/trailer switch in the handle
• This control is not for use with engines that have counter rotating lower units
• Older engines may require a harness adapter

Fits all current Mercury/Mariner outboards (with integral power trim) and 1993 and newer Force outboards 40 HP and higher utilizing Mercury style cables (with power trim). When used with MY2005 and newer 8/9.9/15/20 FourStroke outboards an adapter harness is required. For MY2005 and newer 8/9.9 FourStroke outboards SAE T/S cables must be used. GEN II cables must be used.
