Returns Policy

To create your own RMA return authorization and print your own label visit our Returns Portal!

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Return Instructions

Step 1:

Evaluate the product. All returns MUST BE in the same condition as it was sent and in resale-able condition. Electrical parts, propellers and service manuals are not returnable if installed, tried or opened, no exceptions. If an item is returned that has been used, tried, damaged, dirty, or damaged packaging, the customer will NOT receive credit. Please do not return opened or broken items and expect a full refund. 

Step 2:

Enclose a copy of your packing list or invoice or RMA. This information should include the full name, product's item number and order number along with detailed return/exchange instructions and the product for return/exchange.

Step 3:

Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. The customer can use the original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. International customers should mark item as “return, gift, or exchange” so as not to incur additional duty or taxes.
